Description:

Female Phasmid of the species Anarchodes magnificus.
According to the book Phasmids of Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore by Dr. Francis Seow-Choen, this species is rare, it was only described in 1999.
Pic#3 shows close-up of it holding an egg.

Habitat:

Endemic to Peninsular Malaysia
