Is this a plant or a weed? Because i dont want them in my yard

This is definitely acanthus mollis. Aka bears breech. It's not exactly invasive. However, it can be hard to remove, because it regenerates from the rhizomes left underground if you don't dig them all out.

Ryan, a weed is just a plant growing in a place it's not wanted. If you don't want this plant, then rip it out, it doesn't matter if it's considered a weed or not.
