Description:

Hibiscus is the national flower of Malaysia, called Bunga Raya in Malay.

It also has prominent presence in the various part of the world, and have many names in many language, such as:
Bunga Raya - Malaysia
Kembang Sepatu - Indonesia
Jaswand - Bengali
Sembaruthi - Tamil
Gumamela - Filipino

Notes:

I kinda not sure what species is this, coz its looks like common Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, but the leaf color is different. its green with red colors on it.
