This is actually a song sparrow. Lincoln's sparrows have finer streaks and a buffy wash over the chest that contrasts with a white belly, while song sparrows have thicker streaks that often converge into a central spot and all-white underparts.

I was thinking sparrow as well but been callin it a brown bird!! So original i know! ;)
I am willing to accept Lincolns'Sparrow, just not sure about the side streaks
I don't agree with Sparrow either. What about a Dickicissel. I don't think it is a white-crowned sparrow either.
