Description:

Turtle with Horns and tail, and black snake, about 10 inches

Habitat:

found them all next to my jogging trail, there are 3 ponds around the area

Hi Tomas. Welcome to Project Noah! Those first two shots are of a Common Snapping Turtle (Chelydra serpentina). See wikipedia for more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_snapping_turtle You should delete the snake picture from this spotting and create another spotting just for the snake picture.
