Habitat:

This Dirt-coloured Seed Bug was spotted in a rice field when the rice crop was still very young, approximately 5 to 6 weeks after planting.

Notes:

The Dirt-coloured Seed Bug belongs to the Family Rhyparochromidae, This is a big Family with "two subfamilies, more than 420 genera, and over 2,100 described species" - quote from Wikipedia. In this part of the Philippines, this bug is not considered a serious pest.
