Field Notes

Description:

Dark brown, black, and gray with rigid spines down the length of the body. About 1 1/2 to 2 inches long.

Habitat:

Found this one on my rose bush but have seen them in various places around the yard. I am assuming that the spines are mildly toxic if you get to close.
