Description:
The stem is in the second picture. It has a curious striped green branch with tiny leaves. The blossom is huge compared to the plant. The bell shaped blossoms are orange and reddish.
Habitat:
This is growing near cactus in an area of less water, though we have an average of 53.5 inches of rain in a year here in the Capital.
Notes:
Bright blooms. This plant has several synonyms.
