Field Notes

Description:

The color on this blue jay was blue on the wings with a black and white spots on the wing. The belly was dark grey/black up top and lighter grey towards the feet.

Habitat:

This bird was surveying the area from the power line.

Notes:

This is the first Blue Jay I've seen this year. Shortly after this one left the power line, I saw another one flying with this one into a nearby tree.
