Species ID Suggestions

Comments (6)

I just tried Leafsnap from Utah - no go! only good for northeast, New York and DC! Bummer
Leafsnap is a phone app to help you id a leaf. You have to place a leaf on a white background, take a photo and then it id's your leaf. I am not sure if it is only for North America or not. It was the leaf on the white background that made me ask
Just curious, what is leafsnap? is it available online? Thanks
I do use leafsnap... Thanks Mitch! Your identifications are on the money.. I actually knew what they were before posting but I wanted to see how this program and the database works... Amazing!
Maybe an American Elm, judging by that asymmetrical leaf base
