Field Notes

Description:

It is a brownish black bird. It is not a crow I know that. It has a small orange beak. I see these birds all the time and they are relatively small.

Habitat:

I see them all over my college campus. I assume the just live in nests near by.

Notes:

Always pecking the ground in search for food. I do not know if they are searching for worms or seeds or both.
