A white star like flower that is about 1/2" across sprouting from a palmate leaf.

Habitat:

Shade mountain slopes. Upstate New York.

Aaron, Thank you so much for helping to ID my plants. I thought that these two white flowers might be the same organism. It is interesting that you ID two differente but similar flowers. Is this an area you are particularly interested in?
