May be a Smoke Tree? (Cotinus)

Any closeup of the leaves, please? From this distance it looks like Alternanthera dentata/A. brasiliana, or Joyweed/Brazilian joyweed (are those white spots the flowers?).

The plant is pretty. Does it have flowers? Any fragrance?
