You can call it Feather Cockscomb or Plumed Cockscomb if you wish. It doesn't matter if it isn't crested. Its just a common name.

Emma...I always think of cocks comb as having the compact "brainy" look to it.

@dandoucette, this Celosia is not crested. Therefore i am not sure if i can call it a Cocks comb. :)
