Beautiful blue on the upper wing...

Habitat:

Seen flying around vegetation at the edge of a small tea plantation at the base of Bwindi Forest N.P, a steep mountainous area.

thanks Martin. I think I saw it 3 times in Uganda, always in, or near, dense forest.
