Notes:

This group of frogs produces a toxic substance on the skin, so it have been used for centuries by central and south american indians for hunting. Even when this is not the most poisonous dart frog, they can cause severe intoxication to humans. Apparently the venom derives from their diet based on ants so in captivity they loose their toxicity.
