Description:

These guys were fighting when a group of smaller red hermit crabs decided to join in and climb on top of them (second picture).

They are quite aggressive about those empty shells! Never seen little ones joining in like here though.. strange..

Heheheee..I have seen the same fights in a beach in Costa Rica many years ago. They fight with each other for the empty shells, indeed!
