Hi Saskia! I see your point about the bumpy skin, but the hind legs, dorsal ridges and eyes still point to frog. We now all seem to agree with Rana temporaria!
Thank you for your suggestions. I think, it might be a common grasfrog, I will upload another photo showing his back, where he looks less a frog because its a bumpy skin.
I agree with Pierre T. about this being a frog. It could be the common frog, Rana temporaria.
