We are very close Noe, we need to find the characteristic of a cracking fungus, I,m too old to remember. :-) Try the area of Suillus as well they are many but we will find it!
I don't think this is amanita Noe, it is more of bolete.
Question for Gina and other mushrooms experts: Could it be Amanita citrina?
puffff, I have been looking for mushrooms photos from 'Andalucía', 'alcornocales', 'Cádiz' and I did not find this one. Anyway I never taste a mushroom identify by me. When I have more time I will try to find it. My next step is search in this web: http://leivamosetasdecadiz.es/index0.html I have another unidentify mushroom, that is my favorite one. It grows over a living tree trunk and looks like velvet with honey tears: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6314178
