Field Notes

Description:

Two juvenile and one older brown pelican. An older brown pelican is easy to spot thanks to its completely white head of feathers.

Habitat:

The Everglades.

Notes:

One of the younger ones tried to eat my running shoe...it was silver like a fish. Honest mistake.
