Yes I find one article related this mentioned its Harvestman despite feel like a spider. Its front 2 legs are little smaller. They do not weave webs. Non venomous or toxic.
Ashish, one of the things that distinguish the Opiliones (Harvestmen) from spiders is that spiders have multi-jointed bodies (cephalothorax and abdomen), whereas the opolines have just a single body segment. The smaller "legs" that you may be thinking of are pedipalps, which are near the jaws of both spiders and opiliones. In the male, the pediplaps are used to transfer a semen packet to the female during breeding. Harvestmen and spiders are all arachnids so are related.
But front 2 legs looks smaller like a spider.
