looks most like a gulf coast toad to me
I'm not seeing a dorsal line running from the back of the head down the middle of the back towards the tail, so I'd be a bit leery of calling it a gulf coast toad. I'd look for patterns (such as the aforementioned line) rather than color, which can vary a lot within a species. It might just be an American toad and we're making this too hard...grin. Perhaps there is someone else that knows more about amphibs that can help.
