I think we've got quite a few on the property here, we see them pretty regularly. They let out quite a "whroooop" at night. If you ever get to the Osa Peninsula here check out the Night Tour (the link I posted), it is extraordinary.
Some really interesting facts in your link. These frogs are some serious predators. I have almost the same spotting. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/42666003
