Now I should search for an old pic I have from C.R. 2002, and scan it for Noah. I thought I had a Morpho but now it looks to me more like the owl type..I have to find it again and post it :-)
Nice! I did not know this other type also exists..how are then the interior of her wings in this case?
Hi Marta, Morpho butterfly wings have many "eyes" in their wings, and they are typically bright blue inside.
Is in it also called Morpho? with the blue in the inside of the wings? I have seen them in different places of Central America like Costa Rica and Guatemala. Lovely shot!
