Description:
This sea grass was in the Destin Pass when this picture was taken. Depending on the tides, the grass is host to all sorts of marine life, including snorklers and fishermen.
Habitat:
underwater in the Destin Pass which is Bay saltwater and Gulf of Mexico salt water mixing depending on the tides.
Notes:
The grass is the dark place in the pictures. This picture was taken prior to the Gulf Coast Oil Spill. When the spill occurred, they put up booms all around this area to keep oil out of the grasses.
