Field Notes

Description:

This is one of Concealer Moths; small moth, about 2 to 2,5 cm in length (the length approximative from the nose to the tip of folded wings in this position).

Habitat:

Seen mid-afternoon of a warm day in our town park, edge of the wooded area - montane & alpine environment of the base of Jura Mountain Range. Seen on dead wood - an old tree stump.
