Description:

The plant on the left looks like a pine silhouette, but the plant on the right is what I'm looking at. It had orange things on the leaves.
It might be a Monterey Pine, Pinus radiata, but I do not know enough about San Francisco trees.

Habitat:

San Francisco Bay

Notes:

The color is weird in this picture series was taken with different settings on a point and click digital camera.
