Description:
beautiful shades of orange and white, large about 1' across, 8" high
Habitat:
growing under a large tree among some weeds above a drainage ditch on a country road
Notes:
I just barely saw this amazingly colored fungus amongst the weeds. I was making a loop through Fireman's Park on the edge of the city and I had to walk Mewburn Rd. for a bit. I was really surprised to see this growing where it was.
