Habitat:

Spotted inside the car parking very close to open abandoned area with lot of plants.

Võ Anh Tuấn, Thank you for the suggestion. Ref link shows white pattern on thorax, reddish near-roundish eyes and black legs. These are the differences I can observe. Few observations which are quite interesting : 1. The following 2 references show same species but pics don't match: https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Banana_stalk_fly_-_Telostylinus_lineolatus_(Neriidae)_(5491363614).jpg https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Telostylinus_lineolatus_male_2_by_kadavoor.jpg I'm not sure whether it is gender difference. 2. The one shown here matches to my spotting but it is Gymnonerius sp. Ref : https://drkrishi.com/banana-stalk-fly/ So, I feel better to tag this spotting at Family (Neriidae) level.
