Field Notes

Description:

small yellowish caterpillar with few hairs and a reddish face. At first I had a hard time ID'ing this one because the immature fall webworms become hairier over time and I couldn't find many pictures with the webworms without long grey hairs.

Habitat:

Native to North America.
