This is an Assassin Bug, family Reduviidae.But the photo is too blurry to get closer on a safe base. I do not think it is Rhinocorys sp., but rather something towards Scadra (annulipes) or Ectrychotes (atripennis). But that is only speculation.
All I can say that it's a bug😅 . Need a clear shot to identify
