It's a juvenile bearded dragon by the look of it.
It seems to be a member of the calotes genus, I think you are incorrect in your assumption that it is of the species versicolor though, I will continue to try & assert the species.
Garden lizard female.
That looks like a southern fence lizard but I doubt it
