Hi I am from Germany, here I think these bugs are called "Grundwanze" . I have looked it up in a dictionary, so in English they seem to be called "saucer bug" or "stream-dwelling bug". They are very interesting, because they need to be on the surface of water only one time in their lives for breathing. Afterwards they can "breathe" under water, because they have a special system. I think, it is called " physical branchiae" Greetings from Germany
