While I disagree with RicardoBayshark about the antennae (comment below) since subfamily Brontinae has longer non-clubbed antennae, I think he is correct that this is likely a cerambycid. I have collected more than 30 species of neotropical Telephanus and this resembles none of them. See https://www.flickr.com/photos/36494393@N00/albums/72157699788093072

It is looks like a Cerambycid. Beetle Silvanid has short antennae with a club.
