Description:

Sorry about the quality, I took the photo on my phone. We found multiple of this insect in an around the water at our local fish pond. The biggest one we saw wTheu bout an inch and a half. They we a light gray in color and seemed to be semi-aquatic. Camouflaging perfectly in the leaf litter under the water.

Habitat:

In and around a relatively big fish pond. In close vicinity to a river.
