Field Notes

Description:

Baby Barn Swallow series of pictures as they grow. Now the babies hardly fit in the nest. A few times one was actually crowded out of the nest and the baby hung on with his feet and used his wings to get back inside his cozy nest. It will be sad to see them go, I have enjoyed watching them grow.

Habitat:

Agricultural land, suburban areas, marshes, lake shores.
