Description:

Shiny leaves small green fruits, has odorous white blooms in early spring. Primarily used for ornamental, has become a pest as it has been crossbreeding with native tree species. If not trimmed branches can become too voluminous to hold themselves up and can break off the tree.

Habitat:

Ornamental , businesses, neighborhoods.
