Ninfa de percevejo Leptoglossus zonatus, considerado praga agrícola. Possível transmissor de Fusarium, Penicillium e Cephalosporium; pode também transmitir os patógenos Herpetomonas macgheei , um tripanossomatídeo protozoário, e Nematospora coryli.
