Description:

Males have bright yellow color with red cap and dark brown in the wings and tail feathers. This one should not have been much more than 10-15 cm in size.

Habitat:

In this case it was found at the top hills of a volcano area in Isabela Island. But they migrate great distances and can be found in North America as well.

Yes, I think they are song birds. According to an Internet site the song goes: see-see-see-titi-see, for which there is a well-known memory phrase: sweet, sweet, sweet, sweet-than-sweet! (LOL!)
The colour tells they have nice voice...!!
