Field Notes

Description:

A male Ruby-throated Hummingbird sits near the nectar feeders and Pink Honeysuckle in my backyard. I've had at least 4 Hummingbirds coming to my feeders and Honeysuckle for the past month, and they all take turns eating and chasing each other away.

Habitat:

My backyard in Middleway, WV, with a variety of deciduous trees and shrubs
