Description:

Ripe fruit is bright yellow and spiky; flowers are small and yellow (2nd photo), leaves are lobed and covered in stiff hairs

Habitat:

spotted in coastal desert wadi; grows in sandy wadis and plains

Notes:

grazed by local herds of goats and sheep
