Description:

Painted turtle, found near a pond at an abandoned golf course. He had red stripes on his head and shell, pretty shy guy but super cute 13/10

Habitat:

Mostly found in grassy areas near pond very common in Maryland especially the area where I was

Notes:

I was walking near a pond going for a nature walk when this Super cute shy guy rolls up out of no where. I scooped him up for a cute pic then put him back, not much of a talker but quite the cutie 13/10
