Just out of curiosity what made you write "poisonous" in the description? As far as I know these are edible and sometimes eaten when very young in the egg stage. Not really an appetizing mushroom but it is not poisonous.
Maybe Phallus impudicus or Phallus hadriani. They are both very similar, I think the only difference is in the color of the volva which isn't pictured here.
