I think its Oxalis acetocella. White flowers seen in August. Moist place herb.
They are very similar in that both have 3 leaves but I think this is a type of wood sorrel, Oxalis. True clovers are in the Trifolium genus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4_leaf_clover
dandoucette, If you find a four leaved one can that be called a " Four Leaved CLover" ? i have been saving it since i found it.
