Yes its Nine spotted moth. Very close to Wasp moths.

The Oleander Moth isnt exactly the same. It has a red end rather then a yellow stripe. But it really is similar: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syntomeida_epilais

Oleander Moth is what we call it here. It lays it's eggs either on Oleander or Alamanda vines. I have been trying to get a picture of one here in Florida around my Alamanda.
