Assuming this is a fungi? Was growing very near fungi on a porch railing??

Thanks. I had never seen anything like this and wasn't sure if it was a fungi. It was sort of a orange/yellow, but seemed more orange to me.

This is a jelly fungus and it likely may be the Yellow Jelly Fungus, Tremella aurantia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tremella_aurantia
