Description:
Probably recently hatched caterpillars. I haven't been able to ID the host tree but it's been known to host Eastern Swallowtail Caterpillars in the past. These were about a centimeter in length with black heads, green body with black "spikes"
Last photo is from April 28. I was unable to track these caterpillars further because I think they got picked off as a meal for someone else.
