Rare sight, When ever there is an unusual spell of warm weather,especially after few cold days,there is a greater chance of seeing stuff you normally do not see.I saw this one next to a stream, jumping it's way to some wild flowers,probably chicory.Riparian habitat,knowing the host plant,warm weather are few of the ways of spotting bugs.
