Yeah the abdomen is wrong for either sex... hmmm maybe check genus though.

Thanks Mark & Luis. I'm thinking robber fly too, just couldn't quite find a match. That one is really similar Mark, I was looking for the orange tip on the abdomen too> That's pretty close though. Thanks!
