I love it when people write details of their spotting and what they have spotted.
Thanx, I was just lucky to see her and didn't have much time to take photo's. I went closer and she took off... with that soundless wingbeat.
this is our resident spotted eagle owl... she nests in an old Mediteranian Pine and produce at least 2 chicks in a year.
Look at those eyes...send a powerful message!! Nice shot.
